In each monthly session, you will learn a useful tool or technique.

At the end of each session, you will create action plans & compile a list of tasks to complete in the workplace.

These documents are part of your evidence gathering for Knowledge Access RTO #40961.

At the end of the 12-month program, without needing to do any extra work beyond learning the tools and putting them into action, you will have all the evidence you need for a Certificate IV in Leadership & Management.
